Set in the mountains of Grand County, Colorado, Crooked Creek Ranch is the perfect place to cozy up, hang out with friends, enjoy exceptional facilities, delicious food, and crazy fun activities.

Payment must be completed 7 days prior to departure for camp or your spot will be released to someone on the waitlist.

All attendees for a fall, winter or spring Young Life trip must complete the Young Life Consent / Release Form. This form must be printed, completed and submitted to your Young Life area.

Departure: Friday, Nov 1st - Hobby Lobby in Longmont. Registration begins 4:30pm, departing at 5pm.
Bring a meal for the bus ride to camp!

Return: Sunday, Nov 3rd - Hobby Lobby in Longmont, returning 2:30pm*.
*Students will be given cell phones on the bus ride home and will keep their parents in the loop on what time to expect them (pending weather/traffic).


Specific items to pack will be coming via email at a later date! In the meantime, here is a basic list to get you started:
  • Bedding and bath towel provided
  • Warm Clothes for layering (temperatures at night can drop below freezing) Pants, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Warm Shoes.
  • Swimsuit and extra towel (for hot tub)
  • One set of clothes and shoes that can get dirty
  • Cabin unity outfit- your leader will provide this or reach out to you with instructions
  • Toiletries
  • Sunscreen
  • Water bottle
  • Bible, Journal, Pen
  • A trash bag to put wet/messy clothes in
  • Snacks (try to avoid snacks with peanuts)
  • Spending money for snacks & souvenirs (suggested amount $30-$50. example: avg snack is $3, avg giftshop t-shirt is $15-20, etc.)
  • Try to limit yourself to one carry-on and one suitcase. Please label all items with camper initials!
What NOT to bring:
Cigarettes, vaping products, drugs, alcohol, and weapons of any kind. Campers will be sent home at their own expense if found to have any of these items in their possession.


Medical -  Leave medications at home if at all possible. Crooked Creek Ranch has every over-the-counter medication a person could need and a doctor on property to prescribe, so please save yourselves the hassle. All medications brought to camp should be labeled with camper name and area number (CO204) and placed in a plastic storage bag. Campers are allowed to keep medications in their possession for weekend camps- nothing will be collected. If you have any medical concerns or requirements please let us know before the trip!

Electronics - Campers will not be able to use their cell phones while at Crooked Creek Ranch. All electronics (phones, iPads, apple watches, etc) will be collected and stored in a secure location at camp. There are phones available for campers that require a calling card (available for purchase in the store). If you need to reach the Crooked Creek office, please call (970-726-6690). After hours, there is an emergency number listed on the voicemail message.

Please feel free to contact your child at any point during their stay at Crooked Creek Ranch. We will be glad to get a message to them and have them return your call as soon as possible. You can:
